Transaction Coordinator services are available to all of Crestico Realty Agents.
- Complete Transaction: $500
- Write up initial contract (Purchase, Listing, Lease): $100
- Input into MLS (listings only): $150
- MLS search: $50
Although we can write up the offer; you are responsible for getting forms signed, answering your clients’ questions and all other required work to close.
You can also use one of our approved independent transaction coordinators to complete your process. Fees vary based on the contractor.
